SOLO

This project started out as a band and turned into a solo project with guests over the span of the last years. With this project, I have toured Germany and Switzerland and played small and big stages and festivals. Basically this is my songs and ideas, that I mostly write on guitar. I released the single “See You” in march of 2022. Currently, I am working on an EP that will be released in the Summer of 2023. On this EP I am collaborationg with many different kinds of artists that I met over the last years and I try to experiment with song form and improvisation.

plastiq

plastiq is a trio formed by Raphaela Andrade, Luka Lenzin and me. We work together since 2016 and play improvised music that combines electronic elements with acoustic sensations while singing in fantasy tounge. With this band, we have played all different kinds of shows, tours and collaborations and have released quite a few records over the last years. Our interdisciplinary concert format “Interstation” took place for the second time in July 2021 at WESTWERK, which is one of my favourite places in Hamburg. The LP “Interstation” was released in the fall of 2021.

In May 2021, “Libelle”, a  dance piece for children by the choreographer May Zarhy, premiered at Hoch X Theater Munich. The music was composed, recorded and mixed by me. Libelle @ Explore Dance

In June 2021, the piece “Resonancia/Acero” by Swaantje Gieskes and Raphaela Andrade premiered at “Kraftwerk Bille” Hamburg. The music was recorded by plastiq and later edited, mixed and mastered by me. One of the tracks was turned into an audiopostcard by vinylograph
